- A customer can buy multiple gift cards.
- Gift Cards are non refundable. Order once placed will not be refunded.

- Gift Voucher will be sent to phone number/email address shared at the time of payment. It cannot be changed at any time after purchase.

- In case of Payment Failure, the money will be refunded in 7 – 10 working days.
For any issues regarding the Gift Voucher, customer has to share his/her Payment reference ID, personal details (Name, Phone Number & Email Id which was shared at payment stage). Without this information, no request will be entertained.
- The Gift Card will be sent to the email ID & phone number (shared at payment stage) of the customer making the Qualifying Transaction within 2 business days of such Transaction.
Niki.ai reserves the absolute right, without prior notice, without liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.

Your Amazon Gift Card will be sent to you on SMS/Email on the details that you provided at the time of payment in 2 business days from the time of completing the payment.
2. I haven’t received an invoice for my transaction.
This transaction is completed in Instamojo so there will be no invoice or order summary sent from Niki.ai.
